As the Campus Director of TRIO Student Support Services you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of WSU Vancouver's inaugural TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) grant (2025-2030), which serves 140 participants annually. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, you will work in consultation with the vice-chancellor to implement, grow, and sustain the TRIO SSS program at WSU Vancouver. In this role, your primary focus will be providing leadership in the planning, coordination, and delivery of academic success and career-centered college success programming, supports, and services for TRIO participants. You will also teach UNIV success courses offered through the program. In addition, you will be responsible for managing data collection to accurately track participants' academic progress, program engagement, and individual needs-records that form the basis for comprehensive annual federal reporting. In this position, you will hold responsibility for fiscal oversight of the $272,364 annual grant award, ensuring budget allocations effectively support program objectives. This requires careful financial planning and management in accordance with WSU policies as well as the strict guidelines of the U.S. Department of Education governing TRIO Student Support Services grants.
