The Campus Concierge team serves as the frontline of the university, providing exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, faculty, families. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a flexible, can-do attitude. Campus Concierges assist with day-to-day desk responsibilities (answering phones, emails, deliveries) transportation and shuttle support, big event weekends (Family Weekend, Valentine’s) and team store shifts, ensuring that all guests experience a smooth, positive, and memorable visit here at High Point.
