Requirements

Must have a current Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrators License.
You will need a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
Have experience as an campus Administrator that includes a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care
Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
Individual must be a team player, well organized, and flexible.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care facility and campus in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations.
Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
Lead a team of 50+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.
