About The Position

We are hiring Campaign Support Specialists to play a critical role in supporting our sales and operations teams. This position is essential to ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient communication, and clear execution by translating complex digital campaign strategies into simple, easy-to-follow instructions. The ideal candidate brings strong written communication skills and the ability to translate complex digital concepts into accessible, easy-to-understand guidance. You are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring that teams feel supported, informed, and confident in their work. As a Campaign Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between sales, ad operations, and our product teams—helping teams move quickly, confidently, and with clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience; OR 3+ years of professional experience in customer service, client solutions, or digital media support
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Team player with a self-starter mentality

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Platforms
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other DSP Platforms
  • Experience supporting digital marketing or advertising campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign progress and provide basic reporting, updates, or information as needed to keep all teams aligned.
  • Process Improvement: Identify potential gaps in understanding, documentation, or processes and recommend training opportunities to improve overall workflow and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs and maintain team confidence.
