Trout Unlimited is a national organization with 300,000 members and supporters organized into over 400 chapters and councils nationwide. These dedicated grassroots volunteers are matched by a respected staff of organizers, lawyers, policy experts, and scientists, who work out of more than 25 offices across the country. Our mission is to bring together diverse interests to care for and recover rivers and streams, so our children can experience the joy of wild and native trout and salmon. Position Summary The Campaign Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Annual Giving and Campaigns, and own the planning, production, and execution of integrated membership campaigns. This role is the operational backbone of TU’s annual giving program, with primary responsibility for direct mail campaign management and supporting coordination across digital fundraising channels. This is a particularly exciting time to join TU’s Development team. The organization is actively modernizing its membership model, launching new giving programs, and redesigning how it engages and retains supporters across every channel. The Campaign Project Manager will keep multiple projects moving simultaneously, maintain production timelines across vendors and internal teams, and ensure that every campaign detail is accurate, on brand, and delivered on schedule.
