For more information, please visit Ampersand at www.ampersand.tv WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Responsible for supporting Sales teams in campaign management, trafficking, and ad operations support for local linear campaigns. Critical functions include successful implementation and launch of campaign elements in a timely, accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Previous experience in a professional office setting is preferred.
  • Prior experience in TV traffic operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for sales and handle all post-sale requests related to media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agency customers, affiliate clients, account managers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and as planned.
  • Create and monitor delivery schedules across all relevant areas.
  • Resolve invoice credits and discrepancies while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage all makegood requests and address under-delivery issues proactively.
  • Ensure MVPDs receive the necessary creative materials for campaign execution.
  • Secure pre-log reports for upcoming schedules and generate post-log reports for all completed schedules.
  • Provide order optimization recommendations to the sales team.
  • Track and analyze delivery information for accurate monthly billing
