About The Position

Spectra Logic is seeking an experienced campaign manager to lead demand generation strategy and play a key role in shaping go-to-market plans for our data storage and data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing data-driven campaign strategies aligned to business goals that drive lead generation and customer engagement for our products. This individual will translate business objectives into scalable campaign plans and optimize performance across the full buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign strategy, and B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies that drive lead generation and support business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience with segmentation, persona development, and full-funnel campaign planning.
  • Experience owning campaign planning cycles, including goal setting, budgeting, and performance forecasting.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 a plus) and comfort working with campaign performance data.
  • Solid project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned to business goals, target segments, and product priorities.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and messaging frameworks.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, and digital team to align on targeting, messaging, and campaign execution, ensuring campaigns support broader initiatives.
  • Design and implement lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies to improve conversion and campaign performance.
  • Establish campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies to continuously optimize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, applying data-driven insights and testing to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns across channels (digital, email, webinars, and events), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
