About The Position

We are seeking a client-focused Campaign Manager for Demand Generation to manage client relationships and project execution across our demand gen portfolio of products. This role combines hands-on client management and product optimization with project coordination to ensure exceptional campaign delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementLead campaign kickoff calls, mid-campaign check-ins, and campaign recap calls with clientsHost live webinars and virtual events, ensuring seamless executionBuild strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact throughout campaign lifecycleProactively communicate status updates and address client questions or concernsOptimize campaigns for best-in-class client results Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities and provide feedback back to clients, sellers, and the fulfillment teamProject ManagementManage end-to-end project execution for demand gen campaigns, ensuring on-time, quality deliveryInterface with DMS teammates, account teams, customer success teams, and clientsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign handoffs and executionTrack campaign progress and identify potential delays or issuesMaintain comprehensive project documentation and campaign recordsEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsStrategic Support & InnovationSupport leadership in developing product strategy and client strategy initiativesContribute to process improvement projects and operational optimizationLeverage technology, AI agents, and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiencyIdentify opportunities to improve client experience and campaign performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within demand generation, digital marketing, or events
  • Hands-on experience managing webinars, virtual events, or lead generation programs
  • Strong understanding of demand gen strategies and B2B marketing
  • Experience with webinar platforms (ON24, Teams, Zoom) and lead generation technologies (Enhancio, Convertr)
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including live event hosting experience
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Comfortable with marketing technology and willingness to learn new platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in B2B events industry, media company, or agency environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of AI applications in marketing and project management
