Camp Nurse - Seasonal
About The Position
Easterseals NH Camp Sno-Mo and the Scouts of America Daniel Webster Council collaborate on a nationally-recognized, residential camp program, sponsored by the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association. This program offers a life-changing experience for youth ages 11 to 21 with disabilities, providing them with opportunities to participate inclusively in various activities such as aquatics, archery, riflery, zip lines, ropes courses, STEAM, ecology, arts and crafts, sailing, canoeing, and adaptive horseback riding. The Camp Nurse's role involves reviewing all medical needs prior to camper admission and providing comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, triage, and complex care for medically fragile children. This includes managing feeding tubes, diabetes, and seizures. The Camp Nurse will be responsible for 10-24 campers and 17 staff, supported by 3-4 EMS staff and a nurse at a sister camp.
Requirements
- NH License as an RN

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus
- Candidates with a travel license who are eligible in the state of New Hampshire are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
