Housing, meals and transpiration provided  Weekly Pay  Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons  No experience required, open to training  Your Daily Role:  Worker Support & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for contract workers; provide bilingual communication, assist with onboarding, benefits, and personal/work-related matters while maintaining confidentiality. Compliance, Safety & Housing Oversight: Enforce company policies, GMPs, and safety standards; ensure seasonal housing and cafeteria operations meet all federal, state, and company regulations. Operations & Coordination: Partner with facility management and staffing teams to manage worker logistics (transportation, documentation, medical needs), support training and orientation, and maintain organized, compliant housing operations.
