About The Position
Cranbrook Institute of Science’s on-site Explore Camps give inquisitive campers the support they need to learn through doing. Campers work together to tackle activities, experiments, and investigations as they explore popular science topics in a unique and safe environment. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrated experience working with children such as babysitting, school/church groups or daycare environment.
- Ability to effectively relate to campers, staff, parents, and museum guests.
Nice To Haves
- College degree or current college student
- at least one years’ experience working with children in a camp/group setting.
Responsibilities
- This position works with campers attending before or after care
- manages lunch with campers
- assists directors with camp materials and logistics
