POSITION SUMMARY: The Cameras in Action Coordinator analyzes the photos generated by commercial drivers and processes bills to customers with overloaded and contaminated containers. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with their supervisor to ensure pictures are reviewed and processed in a timely manner. Moves pictures downloaded from the website to the appropriate Republic Services drive and processes those pictures. Prints overload billing letters for appropriate sites. Prints reports for the cameras in action department for customers being billed. Clears/enters charges from report for all overloaded/contaminated recycle pictures billed. Searches and creates sales leads for reps using generated letters. Enters, clears and credits authorized overloads. Checks for errors and open notes for the cameras in action department. Keeps track of board reports for appropriate sites. Prints notes entered by dispatchers, sorts by route, labeled by driver. Folds, stuffs, and seals letters and sends for postage and mailing. Collects and mails National Account letters. Tracks and enters driver points for overload pictures/re-rates used toward Loyalty Works Program. Sends picture points to Loyalty Works for uploading and payroll for tracking. Tracks numbers generated by the cameras in action department for each station for month end reporting. Submits month end reporting to each station and sales team. Searches for re-rates and auto locks generated by the overload letters for the month end numbers. - Provides information and assistance to the surveyors and drivers when needed. Trains new dispatchers on operating of the tracking website. Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
