As our Calling Coach, you'll help specialists show up at their best-turning good calls into great ones and great calls into unforgettable service moments that lead to closing refunds. You need experience in coaching and feedback delivery, communication excellence, call quality and monitoring, analytical thinking, training and facilitation, adaptability, technical proficiency, the desire to do work that matters and a bachelor's degree. This is 100% onsite role, M - F, five days per week.
