Requirements

Self-motivation and a hunger for results
Stellar verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
A knack for thriving in a high-octane, dynamic team environment

A track record of meeting and exceeding production standards
Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling – all leads are provided)
Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions
Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection
Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner
Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
