Requirements

  • Self-motivation and a hunger for results
  • Stellar verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor

  • A track record of meeting and exceeding production standards
  • Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
  • Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
  • Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone

Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling – all leads are provided)
  • Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions
  • Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection
  • Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner
  • Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
