About The Position

The focus of the Call Center Representative at BCS is to provide a “White-Glove” experience for inbound and outbound callers for BCS clients. There is both a component of outbound calling and answering inbound calls/inquiries. The individual selected for this role will spend 8 hours each day on the phone working with BCS customers. This role is critical to client satisfaction and the continued success of BCS.

  • Possess a professional and helpful attitude with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortability and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone with customers.
  • Required to work in-office 5 days per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related work experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Spanish is very helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls and emails to connect with customers and invite them to register or renew their registration.
  • Outbound calls for follow-ups on existing records.
  • Responsible for making roughly 50 phone calls per day on average.
  • Answer all inbound phone calls received by the BCS main number.
  • Work with the caller to identify and resolve questions or issues.
  • Handle vendor registrations and troubleshoot payment issues.
  • Resolve inbound customer care issues via online chat.
