Requirements
- Proven inside sales or call center performance
- Experience leading, mentoring, or informally coaching others
- Comfortable in a high-call-volume, performance-based environment
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership presence
- Highly organized, metric-driven, and results-focused
Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
- Lead by example in call volume (20–30+ calls per hour) and conversion performance
- Coach team members in real time through call reviews and feedback
- Reinforce scripts, standards, and CRM documentation accuracy
- Monitor appointment quality and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team
- Drive daily accountability around metrics and productivity
