About The Position
Our client is looking for an onsite Switchboard Monitoring Associates to support overnight operations for its newly acquired market. This is low‑volume, high‑reliability role focused on monitoring hospital alarm panels and performing simple response actions. The associate ensures continuous 24/7 oversight of facility alarms (fire, med gas, blood/tissue freezer alerts, etc.). When an alert activates, the individual follows a scripted protocol—typically calling Engineering or notifying an appropriate onsite or on‑call contact.

Responsibilities
