Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and respectful in fast-paced situations

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

  • Treat every caller with respect, no matter the situation
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Document interactions clearly and follow established procedures
  • Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience
