CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE Position Type: Full-time/No weekends/No Holidays Location: Lebanon, PA or Willow Street, PA JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative who is a friendly, team-orientated, and self-motivated individual who is able to function in a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with windows-based computer programs.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the public.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
  • Previous medical office experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general information.
  • Schedule appointments in accordance with the timing needs of callers and Provider availability.
  • Route calls to relevant department or personnel.
  • Making follow up phone calls to patients and facilities.
  • Obtain, enter and verify insurance and patient demographic information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
