About The Position

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Second Shift Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling calls related to parking accounts, billing questions, facility access, and general customer support. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient with computers and basic software systems
  • Dependable and punctual with strong attendance record
  • Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist customers with monthly parking accounts, payments, and billing inquiries
  • Troubleshoot access issues (gate entry, badges, permits, etc.)
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in company systems
  • Coordinate with field staff and management regarding facility issues
  • Provide accurate information regarding rates, locations, and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
