Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required , including the ability to understand and speak fluently.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or financial institution
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Familiarity with basic financial products and online/mobile banking

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting members with account inquiries and transactions.
  • Process financial transactions accurately, including payments, transfers, and account maintenance requests.
  • Educate members on products, services, and digital banking options to meet their financial needs.
  • Handle multiple phone lines and manage call flow efficiently while maintaining member confidentiality.
  • Research and resolve member issues by collaborating with other departments.
