About The Position

The Call Center Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective leads generated through studio marketing and referral campaigns. This role is focused on booking intro classes, increasing show rates, and supporting membership conversion efforts across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast- paced, performance-based environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, call centers, or fitness/wellness customer service is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals
  • Comfortable with scripts, sales techniques, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems is a plus
  • Passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals

Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to new leads and former members to schedule introductory classes.
  • Follow up with leads using call cadences, scripts, and studio promotions.
  • Consistently track and report on call activity, booking percentages, and show rates.
  • Communicate studio value propositions and answer basic questions about the Orangetheory Fitness experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and studio teams to ensure seamless handoff of booked prospects.
  • Use CRM tools and internal systems to update lead status, call logs, and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
