As a Reservation Agent, you’ll assist the public with reservations and answer process related questions. Requirements

  • Professional oral and written skills
  • Friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills
  • Patience and empathy when assisting customers
  • Tactful, pleasant communication style
  • Quick learner with strong computer skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate clearly
  • 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
