About The Position

We are seeking a bilingual, friendly, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, youll be supporting our pediatric and orthodontic dental offices across multiple states. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, help patients prepare for their visits, ensure their information and insurance details are accurate, and keep our office teams informed and organized. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who enjoys providing excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Candidates must be based in or around El Paso, Texas
• Candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• 1+ years in customer service
• Remote full-time role

Responsibilities

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
