Call Center - Pre Qualifying Screener
About The Position
As a Call Center Representative at CoverageX, you’ll be reaching out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts. You will be responsible for qualifying their interest and connecting them with our sales representatives. You’ll also answer inbound calls from various media platforms such as TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels. Our environment is fast-paced, professional, supportive and fun, offering a dynamic call center experience. We’ve expanded into a new, state-of-the-art facility and are continuing to grow. Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Bedford, TX 76054 before starting work (required).
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
- Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of Texas
