About The Position

US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Full-time Call Center Representative to join our team at Fort Worth Heart in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities: Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant and expeditious manner. Screens all calls and directs appropriately to proper person. Takes messages following guidelines related to timeliness and accuracy and processes appropriately. Maintains daily operations of phone system. Schedules and verifies appointments as needed. Pages physicians as needed with important messages/information/consult request’s etc. Assists with other duties as requested, including coverage in other areas. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of call center experience
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
