Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a professional Call Center that is fast paced with heavy call volume (Preferred)
  • Experience working in the ophthalmology/medical field (Preferred)
  • Medical terminology knowledge (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis and take appropriate action for each call.
  • Maintain and elevate customer satisfaction
  • Ability to learn our information system quickly
  • Able to speak with patients and how to educate them over the phone
  • Meet customer service targets and goals
  • Scheduling patients
  • Monitoring provider schedules
  • Other duties
