Visit us online at https://bhconnections.org Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dynamic and talented Call Center Lead Full Time - 8 hours day shift. The Call Center Lead assists in the process of receiving referral calls, taking demographic dispatching appropriate clinicians for mental health assessments, entering call data and case status into data bases, verifying appropriate paperwork is thoroughly completed and assisting with coordination of individuals into treatment facilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years similiar work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree
  • 3-5 years similar work experience
  • customer service in mental health/crisis intervention knowledge/experience.
  • Proficient in MS, data entry and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and distribution of various daily reports, assistance with involuntary case paperwork reviews.
  • Training of new call center staff and completing end of shift reports. Assists with interviewing of potential Call Center Specialist candidates.
  • Dispatches clinician to caller location. Coordinates and processes patient documents and paperwork for patient transfers
  • Provides and assists with professional communication to referral sources and treatment providers regarding case status.
