About The Position

Call Center Team Lead Overview Renken Remodeling is looking for an experienced Call Center Team Lead to run the day-to-day rhythm of our call center while supporting our marketing and sales efforts. If you love turning inbound leads into booked appointments, keeping a team motivated, and tracking results like a pro, this role is for you. This position supports our regional territory and is in-office at our Fort Pierce, Florida location. What you’ll do Lead, coach, and manage a call center team focused on scheduling sales appointments Coordinate sales team schedules to ensure smooth daily coverage (no scrambling, no gaps) Monitor campaign performance and report clearly and accurately to management Ensure outstanding communication with prospective clients via phone, text, and email Maintain clean, accurate CRM data entry and reporting Partner with leadership to improve workflows, scripts, and team performance (good ideas welcome) What we’re looking for Prior experience as a call center lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred Strong phone-based customer service skills and confidence managing team performance Comfortable working in CRM and data management systems Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office environment Bonus: You can keep the team upbeat while still hitting the numbers Job details Job type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Work location: In-office (Fort Pierce, Florida)

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a call center lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred
  • Strong phone-based customer service skills and confidence managing team performance
  • Comfortable working in CRM and data management systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office environment
