About The Position

Inside Sales Call Center Representative - Phoenix Center Shift - 11:00am - 8:00pm Sundays closed plus a day during week off ( must be available Saturdays) Top Earners $70,000- $100K (Base + Unlimited Commission) Turn conversations into life-changing consultations! As a Brand Ambassador and Concierge , you’ll answer calls to connect with new leads, build trust, and schedule in-person consultations with our Hair Loss Specialists, helping people take the first step toward confidence.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
3+ years in consultative sales, luxury service (call center or hospitality)
Proven success in high-touch client engagement and relationship development
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under time constraints
Self-motivated, committed to development, and driven by performance excellence
Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
Client confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work evenings/weekends (1pm–10pm shift) with Sundays off
Must be able to report to Phoenix Center - no remote work

Responsibilities

Deliver a luxury, white glove, consultative experience every time
High volume of warm inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, text & email
Engage prospects to schedule in-person hair health consultations with a Specialist
Proactively encourage going to consultation with a confirmation call, reinforcing value
Reconnect with prospects who do not go to consultation or abandoned scheduling
Track all activity in Salesforce
