About The Position

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring experienced sales agents to join our in-office team in Henderson, NV. This Energy Sales Broker role is ideal for sales professionals who can analyze pricing, compare offers, and guide business customers toward the best energy solution available in their area. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position functions as an energy broker—you will review usage data, research supplier rates, evaluate multiple product options, and help business clients choose the most competitive offer based on their needs. Job Summary: As an Energy Sales Broker, you will work directly with businesses to gather essential account details such as zip code, usage, and rate class. Using this information, you will compare available energy supplier pricing in the customer's region, explain product differences, and recommend the best plan for long-term value. This role requires strong multitasking ability, quick decision-making, and the confidence to walk customers through complex pricing structures while closing the enrollment.

Requirements

  • Prior commercial/B2B sales experience required ; energy brokerage experience is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze pricing, understand rate structures, and compare multiple products.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to switch between offers quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Highly driven, competitive, and financially motivated.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating multiple software systems and screens simultaneously.
  • Must work on-site in our Henderson, NV office.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment with clear sales targets.
  • Open availability is required. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, PST but may vary or change based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Contact commercial businesses to collect usage, rate class and additional account information
  • Research and compare energy supplier rates based on territory, usage and product options
  • Present multiple pricing scenarios and explain the pros/cons of each
  • Customize offer and pivot between different suppliers, terms and rate plans
  • Educate customers on market conditions and recommend the best available solution
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the enrollment
  • Enter detailed account information into CRM system accurately
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly brokerage and sales conversion targets
