Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• High-speed internet connection (required for remote work)
• Personal computer (laptop/desktop) with an additional monitor
• Wired or wireless headset
• Flexible schedule availability
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and consistent typing ability
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
• United States (Required)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with their needs
• Collect detailed information to determine the nature and urgency of each request
• Dispatch service technicians promptly and efficiently to breakdown locations
• Accurately enter and maintain information in the dispatch system
• Communicate job details clearly to field technicians, including order information, location specifics, and any potential issues
• Follow up on open service calls to ensure proper completion
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Additional responsibilities may arise as needed, and the ideal candidate should be prepared to take on new challenges as they occur.
