Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in communication or logistics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly and efficiently.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday plus one Saturday a month at our Manassas office.
  • Prefer candidate resides within Prince William/Manassas area.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with our Service Professionals to ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Educate clients about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines with customers.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
