Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience working in a call center
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Less than 5% travel requirement

Responsibilities

Responsible for the truck scale and the Call Center phones
Input route data in the computer, answer phone calls, dispatch drivers and plumbers
File drivers’ inspection reports and log sheets daily
Daily communication with managers and supervisors regarding customer issues
Communicate with drivers throughout the day as emergencies come up and rerouting is necessary
Update activity logs on a daily basis
Must be able to work evenings
Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner
Follow department and company procedures
Keep up regular attendance and punctuality; regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of this company
