Call Center Coordinator
About The Position
Call Center Coordinator We are seeking to hire 2nd and 3rd shifts with every other weekend. Training will be done on 1st shift. The Role Itself Provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department. Maintains documents necessary for admissions. Processes consent forms and admission documentation. Completes prescreens for callers seeking treatment. Completes verification of benefits for insurance. Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed. Answers incoming referral calls from potential clients providing support and encouraging their desire to seek treatment. Other duties as assigned Who we are Ethan Crossing Addiction Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community.
