The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America’s premier luxury wine company. We were established in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. Today, our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing, Postmark, and Sonoma-Cutrer. The California Sales Manager is responsible for managing all independent on/off-premise activities, on-premise national account compliance, and programming within their designated territory to ensure maximum market share, brand awareness, and sell-through. The primary responsibilities are driving depletions, net revenue, and PODs (points of distribution). A requirement to achieve those goals is focusing on maximizing distribution within current assigned accounts and further development of new, high-velocity, high-value accounts.
