Includes grill/fryer cooking and cash register duties.

Requirements

Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Be able to obtain Utah Food Handlers permit.
Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 4-hr shift.

Nice To Haves

three months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare food per employee orders.
Grill cooking, cash register duties and cleaning duties.
Positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service.
Occasional lifting to 35 pounds, will perform stocking duties and will operate dishwasher equipment.
Cleaning of cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards.
Comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines.
Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 11:30 PM - 3:30 AM paid holidays, shift differential and uniforms are provided.
Possibility needs to extend hours as needed.
