About The Position

Responsible for the set up and service of food to customers. Responsible for cleaning work and dining areas. Handles cash according to established guidelines. Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures. Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility.

Requirements

Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills and have ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
Previous cash handling experience required.
Current Prep/Cook Food Handler's Permit required if required by the County Health Department.

Nice To Haves

High school equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

Follows cash handling guidelines as established by department.
Prepares food items according to mobile order tickets, recipes and production sheets.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with coworkers and other facility departments to provide a unified approach to customer care.
Serves all customers in a friendly and timely manner, assisting as needed.
Follows instruction to perform other functions as assigned in order to achieve the goals within the department.
Sets up assigned cafeteria stations according to guidelines.
Cleans and sanitizes work area according to guidelines
Attends all mandatory education programs on a yearly basis according to department standards.
Maintains and ensures a safe environment.
Handles and operates all necessary equipment and performs required duties according to established safety standards to maintain compliance with regulations and prevent injury.
