About The Position

Nativity Catholic School, a Pre-K3 - 8th Grade school located in Brandon, Florida, seeks a Cafeteria Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part time position running August through May during the school year with daily hours of 8am-12:30pm. The Food Services Assistant supports the daily operations of the school kitchen, ensuring nutritious, safe, and appealing meals are prepared and served to students in grades Pre-K through 8. This includes preparing meals, cleaning kitchen and serving areas, among other tasks assigned by the Cafeteria Manager. This role plays an important part in meeting all federal and state guidelines. Candidates for this position will successfully complete a background screening process, support the mission of Nativity Catholic School, and be prepared to operate within the school's food services program while maintaining compliance with the USDA's Food, Nutrition, and Wellness Service.
