About The Position
Coordinates the preparation and positioning of the cafeteria salad bar and dessert display in accordance with university guidelines
Requirements
- Experience working in foodservice or other related experience
- Ability to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Prepares, stores and serves food for the salad bar, including maintaining stock during time of service
- Positions, plates and stores desserts for the dessert display
- Assists in baking and storing various pastries for the dessert display
- Performs other duties as assigned
