About The Position
Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Caf Supervisors to lead new small-format caf locations across Tampa Bay. This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these cafs, youll be the primary leaderowning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.
Requirements
- Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service
- Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively
- Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency
- Coach and develop baristas in real time
- Drive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards
- Support staffing (call-outs, coverage) and basic operations (inventory, ordering)
- Help keep your caf running smoothly day-to-day
