About The Position

Perky Beans Coffee & PB Cafe in Leander, TX is looking for a full-time or part-time Cafe night Server to add to the Perky Beans Family, with new evening shifts available as we extend our restaurant hours until 9 pm ! Perky Beans Coffee is our complete coffeehouse with a drive-thru, offering a variety of delicious beverages as well as quick bites. Located right next door is PB Cafe, where our customers can sit down and order all the breakfast classics as well as items from our tasty lunch menu. We also reward our employees for their hard work with competitive wages and perks . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAFE SERVER In this position, you are vital to the experience of our customers. When guests enter our restaurant, you greet them with a smile. You proactively ensure each guest feels valued, assisting them with menu selections and answering any questions about our dishes, ingredients, or specials. Your ability to anticipate customer needs and go the extra mile creates an inviting and memorable dining experiencе. Always attentive to detail, you take each customer's drink and food order and input them accurately for the kitchen to prepare. You also prepare and serve drinks. When food is ready, you verify that each plate is correct before running the plates to the proper table. As each party eats, you check up on them to ensure that they are satisfied, refill drinks and provide any additional service needed. Additionally, you accurately process cash and credit card payments. You love working with our guests and take pride in providing top-notch customer service!

Requirements

18+ years of age
6+ months of restaurant or customer service experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
Must have open availability which includes mornings/nights and weekends
Are you organized and attentive to detail?
Can you manage a variety of tasks effectively?
Are you service-oriented?
Do you have excellent communication skills?
Can you work efficiently without sacrificing quality?

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile.
