About The Position

As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-visibility corporate dining account. This role requires a polished leader who can deliver an exceptional guest experience, manage financial performance, and build strong client partnerships. You will lead and develop a team while ensuring food quality, service standards, and operational excellence are consistently met.

Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice management experience
Experience in high volume production and corporate catering environments
Proven experience managing budgets and financial performance
Strong leadership presence with a focus on client service and continuous improvement
Desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization
Must obtain and maintain required property access clearance, including a rigorous background and fingerprinting process

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Lead day to day café operations, ensuring seamless service and a best in class guest experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal partners
Partner with the Chef and leadership team to develop menus and deliver high quality, innovative offerings
Manage financial performance including P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Drive operational efficiency, food safety, and compliance standards
Execute and support new culinary initiatives and programs
Recruit, train, and develop a high performing team
