This role leads a team of associates, manages client relationships, and ensures financial performance, operational excellence, and talent development.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven financial and business acumen

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
Corporate or café dining experience preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all P and L and budgeting responsibilities for the account
Maintain strong, professional client relationships
Partner with the Chef and leadership team to deliver high quality, nutritious food offerings
Implement new culinary and marketing initiatives in collaboration with company teams
Serve as the primary liaison between the company, client, and broader community
Lead, develop, and coach the café team to drive performance and engagement
