You’ll lead people, manage performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Food Services, Hospitality, or related field preferred  OR A.A. degree with 3+ years of related experience
  • 1–3 years of retail foodservice management experience
  • Experience managing cash retail operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and online systems

Nice To Haves

  • P&L or contract foodservice experience a plus
  • Retail marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Run daily retail and cafeteria operations
  • Lead, hire, train, and develop hourly team members
  • Plan and execute special events and functions
  • Manage cash controls, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Drive customer satisfaction through service, quality, and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate standards
  • Train staff on customer service, portion control, and cashier procedures
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Enforce cash-handling policies to protect company assets
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
