Cafe Assistant
About The Position
The cafe at Mark Miller Subaru is located in the heart of the dealership, serving both guests and employees. The company is looking for a friendly Cafe Assistant who enjoys providing exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing food, including cold grab-and-go items and made-to-order specials, making coffee beverages, stocking and maintaining a clean work area, operating the cash register system, and taking care of guests. This is a part-time position, working up to 20 hours per week, with required availability for Friday afternoon/evenings and Saturday mornings.
Requirements
- Food handlers permit
- Great customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- The physical ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Preparing food (cold grab-and-go items and made-to-order specials)
- Making coffee beverages
- Stocking and maintaining a clean work area
- Using the cash register system
- Taking care of guests
- Providing exceptional customer service
