Duties And Responsibilities Supervises approximately 5 student employees, including a student supervisor. Provides training and conducts scheduling. Oversees all aspects of producing specialty drinks; ensures that products are being prepared properly and staff is trained when absent. (vacations/days off/etc.) Merchandises a variety of pre‐made, grab‐and‐go food & beverages. Ensures excellent customer service. Monitors equipment to ensure full operating capacity. Performs a variety of cashier and cash handling duties. Orders, receives, stocks and inventories products and supplies. Ensures that the quality, quantity and sanitation guidelines are sufficient for intended use. Appropriately puts deliveries away and rotates products. Performs and assigns cleaning and maintenance tasks.
