This person will assist, lead, train, and supervise Café staff under direct supervision and assistance of the Sous Chef.

Requirements

Food and Beverage related supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Effectively communicates with management, customers, the team and other employees
Supervises and participates in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverage items in the Café
Assists team in organizing and cleaning the Café area and all equipment
Ensures the Café area is presentable at all times
Manages inventory
Follows proper food storage regulations
Plans and engages in employee appreciation events for the team
Ensures proper handling of the cash register - confirms daily reports and charge slips are correct
Provides a "WOW" customer experience for all customers of the Café
