Full-time Hourly Position starting at $12.00 - $14.00 +tips DOE plus benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of The Clyde Hotel.

Requirements

Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 15+ pounds frequently.
Comfort with learning a point of sale systems.
Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.

Nice To Haves

Barista experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Work under direction of Outlets Manager or Supervisor.
Comfort with making an assortment of coffee and specialty beverages with latte art and flair.
Must be able to showcase coffee making abilities upon interview
Communicate daily with restaurant leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe.
Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
Answer menu questions, and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience.
Comfortable with preparing different coffee beverages.
Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Articulate the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the space to our guests.
Handle all checks and cash according to procedures; accurately prepare tip reporting paperwork on time.
Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property
Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
Answer menu questions, and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience.
