We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential. JOB SUMMARY: Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Cardinals baseball team. Starting pay at $18.00 - 20.00/per hour, based on experience Seasonal Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Starting January 2026

Requirements

2 to 3 years customer service experience preferred
Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
A working knowledge of baseball
Understand nutrition and performance based food
Ability to perform the physical demands: On your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
Ability to commute to Jupiter, FL
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills
Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area
Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc.
Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily
Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing
Communicate all needs through the Hospitality Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef
Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety
Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps
